  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Accredited member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR generalist or a relevant role.

  • Leads transformative initiatives to cultivate cultural shifts and improve business performance through strategic guidance to senior leadership, direct engagement with employees, rigorous benchmarking, and the validation of HR initiatives.
  • Enhancing both business and employee performance by providing management guidance, coaching, and employing KPIs to align objectives and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the talent strategy, ensuring alignment with current and future needs, maintaining high recruitment standards, and actively engaging in talent acquisition and planning.
  • Work to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through employee-centric solutions and effective communication strategies, while also handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide leadership coaching and aligning employee development initiatives with business needs through targeted learning programs.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of HR services and coordinate with HR Services Hubs to support departmental needs.
  • Assist in organizational design and development, guide restructuring efforts, and support managers in designing their departmental structures.
  • Collaborate with specialists to manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and aligning these programs with business strategies.
  • Develop succession plans for key talent and roles to ensure business continuity and promote diversity and inclusion within the business units.
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform and guide business decisions is another critical area of their responsibilities.
